As I understood it at the end of the 12 months you had to then pay what was the then value of the bike calculated with some weird procedure. WebCyclescheme then took the administration of the scheme in-house with their own FCA approval, removing the upper limit. It is possible your employer limits the scheme, but the vast majority of companies choose not to. The “small arbitrary fee” to own the bike, once it’s been fully paid for, is truly arbitrary This is definitely incorrect.
