WebWe've been with FSBP and it's been the best coverage (at the best premium) that we've had, particularly overseas. We have encountered the issues that make dealing with Aetna (FSBP) a pain domestically with every other health insurance provider, so it is my opinion that the domestic problems are indicative of a broken system rather than a specific provider.
