WebAug 16, 2010 · It took me about 3 days to find the short, and sure enough, when the previous owner installed the BFMIC, he left the harness for the fog lamps running through the same opening as the IC pipe, and it got pinched under the pipe and shorted out. As soon as I moved that harness, problem solved.
